Spring Neuroscience Club Final Project

This Asian-American and Pacific Islander Month, Teen Neuroscience Alliance is honoring Asian-American Neuroscientists!

Asians In Neuroscience was created as part of Teen Neuroscience Alliance's Neuroscience Club initiative. Neuroscience Club is dedicated to improving access to neuroscience opportunities, especially for marginalized groups, like Asian-Americans. Therefore, members of the club collectively decided to create this website as their final club project.

Asian-American-focused research studies in neuroscience are few and far between, despite being a sizable proportion of the American population. This project is an attempt to mitigate that, even by only a small amount. It details the problems lack of representation presents, possible solutions, and select AAPI voices in neuroscience.
